Superb Service, Bubblee friendly tone

I called in today 13/01/2016 to change my banking details and was greeted by Nonhlanhla Hadebe. She done all the legal stuff and assisting me with a friend tone in her voice and I could hear she had a smile on her face on the other side of the phone. She done the changes I needed to do and also informed me of details that was outstanding and waited on the line for a good 3 minutes for me to get the necessary details. It's always great speaking to a friendly and helpful person on the other side of the line. Keep up the good work Nonhlanhla Hadebe.
