Superb Agent
I've been calling and requesting my policy schedules for a while now, even sent an email request to 1 Life Direct but never got a response. <br> <br> But when I finally got hold of Bafana Malabie, he quickly solved my request and used his direct email to ensure that I get my documents immediately, he was both professional and gracious. <br> <br> He's an asset to 1 Life Direct.
