Suffering continusly

Hi Hello peter im still astonished on how Insurance companies like 1 life can take from the poor helpless woman who are sick and old my mom has never worked in her life and lives of Old age grant and 1life takes R3000 from her account which was ment for groceries i had to wake up early to deposit that money because my mom was complaining that she used all her Grant money to buy my son and daughter school shoes so i had to deposit money for them to buy food 1life took all that money and my family had to suffer because they did not do their research properly i hope this helps someone out there who had suffered like us in my family ...kids had to miss school because of no food im disappointed seriously for my matter has not even been acknowledged even after i told them my mom understands nothing ...they expect to deduct R3000 everymonth from a person who has no other income im truly disappointed this is not what is advertised in your commercials
