Struggle with cancelation of policy

I had a call agreement of paying R135 monthly for my life cover with no communication of any extra fees. After a few days I get a debicheck of R438 and I decline it because it was not part of the agreement but the debicheck is logged is logged again directly with the bank and there's no option to dispute, it automatically approves. I tried to call to cancel but reach long hold with assistance until the airtime runs out. That is 10% of my salary so I can't afford to loose so much.
