Still waiting on noting letter.

I am at work whole day and cannot make/receive phone calls, so I tried to email client services about a noting letter i need for my bond registration to be finalised. The client services email does not work, so i tried the online support email address, which i only received a response for the second time i emailed. One of the online support consultants were kind enough to forward my cession forms to the right department. This was over a week ago and i have received no response/confirmation. I urgently need this noting letter for my bond to be registered. I am paying occupational rent, because i must wait on my insurance company to help me with a simple letter.
