Still waiting for my premiums

I took out a policy sometime ago and after two debits, I still didn't receive my documents. After numerous aattempts to get hold of someone, I sent a cancellation requets and I was called by richardo petersen who convinced me to keep the policy and straight emailed me my documents. Out of curiousity I asked why wasn't the documents sent out in the first place, he **** and said there was no address. I enquired how could this be because the person that did the sale over the phone confirned my address twice. He then became irritated and mumbled something. I told him I no longer want the policy and he should refund my two premiums. I'm still waiting..
