still no documents

On the 27/01/2016 I joined the 1Life Direct and spoke to an agent by the name of Leon I think. She told me that I will get an email the same day or the following day with the documents that prove that I have joined and I will also receive documents by post with in 15 days. Today it's the 27/02/2016 but I haven't received any documents that show that I have a policy with 1Life, but they were quick to debit my account on the 01/02/2016....I got an sms on the same day of joining that says the is something wrong with the email I have them and I should sms the correct one and I did send it, but they again sent me an sms that says the is something wrong with the email address. I don't know How because I use that email address all the time, even hello peter and reach me on it but not 1Life Direct mxm.
