Still collecting money after canceling

On the 21st of May I cancelled my life insurance with 1 life. Their retention department told me to send them a mail after I cancelled my policy telephonically. I did that and expected the matter to be sorted. Yesterday the debit order went off. Please reverse the debit order and cancel the contract as I requested.
