STILL AWAITING PAYMENT (4 MONTHS LATER)

My dear mother pass away unexpectedly in May this year ,She had a 1life policy in hopes that it will one day provide myself and nephew a head start in life ,Its been 4 months since my initial correspondence with 1life and its been the worst experience .They do not keep you up to date at all ,all the documents that is required to process the claim is crazy .I would really like someone from 1Life to at least give me a call ,my mother paid for this and never missed a payment even with her being retrenched she made sure that this cover was always paid .I will definitely not recommend 1life to anyone ,they drag what is an painful situation into an even more agonising one.
