SPAM Calls

I am extremely dissatisfied with 1Life Insurance's handling of my personal information.

Despite requesting on numerous occasions that my cellphone number be removed from their database, I continue to receive calls from them almost every day. Each time I speak to a representative, I have to repeat my request to have my details deleted, yet no action appears to be taken.

What is even more concerning is that they do not seem to have my correct personal information, as my name and surname are not accurately linked to the contact details they have on their system. This raises serious concerns about their data management practices and compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

I expect companies to respect consumers' privacy rights and to promptly honour requests to remove personal information from their databases. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
