06 Aug 2015, 10:14Hello grvw,
Thank you for affording us an opportunity to assist with your complaint.
We have tried to contact you to discuss this matter, we were however not successful in getting hold of you.
We have added your number to our internal opt out list and future campaigns.
With that said we do not wish to inconvenience clients with marketing campaigns, and we do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
As an extra precaution, Please add your details to the DMASA Opt Out list. All list providers and companies doing direct marketing need to comply with the DMASA Legislation and confirm their data against their Opt Out List before they launch a campaign. The Opt Out list of the DMASA is secure in the sense of the list owners and other companies never get sight of the actual list. They upload their data to the DMA website and the update happens in the back ground.
Please feel free to contact our Resolutions Department on ***if you have any further questions.
Yours Sincerely,
Resolutions Team
