So close to giving up, 1life is avoiding me

I made a claim on the 8t of May, followed up on the 15th, again on the 28th, called today and was told they would call back. I was informed they would finish assessing 10 days after my claim, it is now more than 20 working days and nothing has been done. I am a stroke patient I cannot handle the stress and financially I am strained but they are not responding or helping. I have been with 1life for more than 5 years
