Simple and great claims process My father passed on on Thursday the 22 April after receiving the death certificate I called 1life to process my claim the agent who helped me gave me an exceptional and sympathetic service. All I had to do was to submit all necessary forms. Looking at the process my fellow family had to go through while claiming made me proud to be part of 1life.
