I phoned in to ask about my policy status and needed to make a change to my policy. This guy introduced himself with energy, filled with joy and made the call easy. He also advised me on other packages, which unfortunately I already have. But He was so welcoming and easy to work with. I dealt with many consultants so sleepy, but the energy from simphiwe, was amazing consultant.
