Silence after first e-mail

In mid-September, somebody from 1life phoned me and offered to increase my life insurance. I went through all the same questions they asked when I first took out the policy. They said they would phone me back the next day. Nobody phoned me back.

I mailed 1life on the 16th to ask what had happened and to send me my policy document. I told them I wasn't interested in a change of policy at that point. I was unimpressed that they never bothered to phone me back. I received a mail reply with my policy document. The policy date was changed from my original policy date. I wanted to know what had changed, because I didn't authorize any change except an update in address. I sent a mail on the 17th.

I haven't heard anything since. I mailed them on 29 September and 7 October and still got no reply. Every time I send them a mail I get a message back saying \A friendly Client Services Consultant will respond to your request within24 Hours".

I need peace of mind. I need to know my policy is still as it was when I first took it out. Lack of communication since that fateful phone call has been the issue. If I don't get any feedback soon I will have to get another life insurer.
"""
