Signed up for 1Life without my consent

A Clientele representative took my details and said someone from 1Life would call me with more info about a funeral policy. I was concerned about the details I was giving them and said it sounded like they were signing me up. They told me they were not. That night I got an sms to say I had been signed up for a policy. I called to cancel and they said someone would call me within 3 days to cancel. I have not been contacted. I wish to cancel this policy that I was signed up for without my consent.
