Sick

I called in 1life to make some changes on my policy. I have a previous medical health condition which I declared with 1life. I have never increased my policy since, now that I want to make changes I am being crucified. This is unacceptable. For someone who has been loyal to 1Life all these years. The consultant is telling me, he was told that I have to go and request a letter from my previous doctor and she has to write a full report on my previous condition. My question is why was this not communicated to me before. If i had known, I would have asked the specialist to do the letter for me and keep it should it be required. Now I have to pay for a specialist after all these years, this is ridiculous. This is crazy. I have no idea what happened to 1life. I never had such a horrible experience ever.
