Shocking shocking

Shocking service, i have sent an email last year to amend beneficiary.No one bored to reply, i have sent another email requesting document. I was told i will receive it shortly, i have not received any email. I have sent numerous emails asking for the documents to be email, no reply. I have also requested agent to contact me for other products, no phone calls. I'll get this from another provider. I am so dissapointed, i have been a loyal client for over 10 years.
