Shiela Zulu Rude Consultant

I received a call from Shiela Zulu from One life and she was very rude when i asked her who gave permission for my cell number to be used. All i wanted was to determine how my number reached their office because the new law which is the POPI act does not support the use of peoples cell number without permission.
