Sharks!!
I advise NO ONE to take out a policy with 1Life Direct... I learnt my lesson the hard way. I found out last year that i was only covered for Accidental Death & not Natural Death... The call centre agent did probably tell me that when i got a sales call 10 years ago... But they play on a person's emotions - and didn't explain it properly.
Over R35000 i've paid out over the past 10 years and i had no choice but to cancel both my policies with them. 1Life Direct are sharks & i am glad that i rather contacted Liberty...
