Service with sympathy!
<p>It took exactly 2 months for my claim to be paid out. In that time there were a couple of stressfull emails that wernt answered but the overall service that I received was excellent. From the first call to 1Life to my last call a week before payout, I was handled with empathy for the the loss of my hubby. Although I didnt get to personally speak to Romano Marimuthu he handle all my emails very professionally and with empathy. Thank you to the staff at 1Life for the service I received.</p>
