It is always great to speak to someone who is willing to help you. I could hear in the efficiency and manner Sine answered my query that she was servicing me with a great big smile. Thank you Sine, and I hope next time I call I speak to you again. Having said that though, at 1Life I have always received efficient service. Thank you 1Life
