Service warriors :)

Great service from Corne van Zyl. I called in very irate because i thought i was advised incorrectly. He went to the trouble of investigating, listening to the call recording and sending it to me to understand what happened. I would also like to commend MONNI MOTHIBI who assisted me with the activation of the policy. I am sad to realize that i almost made her look bad because i was not listening effectively when she assisted me. She did am amazing job as she was very friendly and willing to assist. I am now waiting for the policy documents that i have not received since.
