I sent an email to this entity more than a week ago cancelling my life cover and I haven't heard from them. When I app**** it was ****en easy and now that I want to cancel then nobody responds to my email.Upon application I did not even wait for an hour it was way less than that. Can the wait now stop and can someone action my request immediately.
