When something as traumatic happens to a person (or family like mine). The last thing you want is lots of issues and concerns. I initially made contact with 1Life and was assisted by Mareliza Pretorius. How awesome was she! Assisted me quickly and kept in contact until the claim was handed over to Luichelle Naidoo. Whom was just as efficient! Constantly keeping me informed on the stance of the claim. What the next steps will be. Just so so awesome! I can't say thank you enough.
