<p>I've experienced service excellence today, after contacting 1life for a copy of my policy contract. I spoke to Bafana Malebie, who treated me with respect and friendliness. Whilst talking to him he resend my policy contract......all this happened in a period of less than 4 minutes. Thank you Bafana! You are a great asset to your company.</p>
