Service exceeding expectation
I contacted 1Life to take out a funeral policy and was assisted by Sabelo Zuma. Sabelo goes the extra mile! Called me immediately whenever I requested him by email to contact me again regarding some details of my policy. He really exceeded my expectations. He even noticed that another one of my 1Life policies was not documented correctly and transferred me to the relevant department to have it corrected! Great phone etiquette! Well done Sabelo, well done to the 1Life Funeral Policy division!
