Late last year i received a call from one of your consultants [Daniel forgot his surname] to update my life policy. He was efficient and explained everything well to me on the day and i was happy with the service.

Early this week i was reading the online news letter, buy mistake i asked for a 'call back' and i received a call from him again to follow up on the 'call back', upon informing him that i did not ask for a call back and it must have been a mistake.
