Sense of urgency practiced. Great service!
So I recently went to review my privacy settings on Facebook and discovered that a few companies including 1Life had "uploaded a contract list with (my) info". Being the type of person who does not like such dots connecting (especially online) I sent all these companies inbox messages requesting that they remove my details from all their marketing platforms - especially Facebook. 1Life was the first to respond on that same day and their agent, Mpumelelo More handle the matter with urgency and effectiveness. I would also like to complement him on his ability to remain bold and politeness throughout the calls. You have earned my loyalty!

However, I may be writing a negative review on the company as 1Life still appears in the advertisers list on my Facebook. This simply means my details were NOT removed from the uploaded database.
Two other companies have already done this and no longer appear in this list after I sent complaints - which was in the same week that I contacted 1Life. This tells me that there is lack of coordination between your departments, as well as lack of care for clients' interests. Please get this done!
