Selling lies to clients

I have been ****med by this insurance for over 6 years paying premiums only to find that I was sold a mith I signed up with one of their consultants for a life cover in 2015 which she said to me the cover was comprehensive which was a lie as I found out I called questioned them again but still could not get a solid answer but my money it's debited for an accidental cover they give people false Information according to me cause I explained clearly what I was looking for and the last conversation I had with one of their consultants was to hand over my matter to a superior who can advise how do I deal with this up to this day am waiting I requested their complaints dep still no one has bothered to address my matter all this time am sitting in comfort thinking should I die my kids a secured only to find that I wasted my money which I still demand answers on
