I just buried my father on the 14th December and 1life have rejected my fathers claim. I was told that my father ONLY took out an Accidental Policy which makes no sense as he was paying R802 per month. After his passing of a heart attack I called 1life and they told me he wont be covered but i was with my father when he took out policy and he was told that in case of death his beneficiary will be paid R50k to sort out funeral and the rest will be sorted at a later stage. I spoke to many agents and 1 assessor Shanice Lawrence who rejected the claim stating that he was informed so I asked for a recording of the conversation and she told me i might not be able to get that format... i said i don't care what format i want to hear the call. She sent the rejection letter and a recording of somebody who was not my father. I sent an email and no response. I called agents again and they said she was unavailable. Con artists to the next level I hate 1life, you ****** me of burying my father in dignity after taking his money every month. I hope you guys rot in hell. No response from assessor, no recording of my father and 1 man in the ground who gave money to a company for nothing. To whoever read this, rather put your money under a mattress let the mice eat it or the tik monsters take it. DONT TAKE ANY POLICIES WITH THIS ********** COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET ANY RETURN.
