I was interested in getting insurance they offered me a takealot voucher if I did complete a quotation. I did the quote and was told within 7 days I will get. I asked again they said that there's a backlog. Then I asked them on Facebook and they called me. They then told me that I don't have enough income. This all bull. Why advertise something u can't offer. The person who called me about this query had a don't care attitude. The honest truth is that I spoke to the consultant that did my quote and he was absolutely good. I was happy with the quote. But thank God they did this so I can see what a **** this company is. Imagine paying so much money for insurance and then it shows they will look for an excuse not pay.... I will never recommend this company and I will advise family and friends so they are protected
