I got contacted back by 1lifedirect after I sent an inquiry. Its hard get efficient timely responses in today's call centers. I had the pleasure to deal with Portia Mtambo who was willing to contact me back once I got all the necessary information. Once I signed up I sent a follow up and again I got best friendly correspondence from her. A lot of people should learn from this. Thank you for your great service.
