Sales lady didn't help me properly when I took life cover

Sales lady didn't help me properly when I took life cover. There's lot of spelling errors on my policy documents. Even my contact number was incorrect. She promised I would get insurance policy within 24 hours, and that did not happen. I had to phone again to request such documents.
