Rude customer call center agent in Durban!!!!

<p>A cuctomer call center agent contacted me, and offered hes services to me. I said no thank you I am not interested, so he asked if I do have life / funeral cover so I said no. He's answer to me was then. Okay mam then you can go and sleep and he puts the phone down in my ear. It is totally unacceptable!! He is rude and a terrible sales consultant!! I hope he gets fired. He spoiled my entire day. If I ever had to join any life / funeral policies it would most definetaly not be at 1Life. </p>
