RUDE CONSULTANTS AT 1LIFE

The consultant who called me today is unprofessional , she calls and then doesn't speak but you can hear she is busy with something else sounding like she is on another line while calling me, she then drops the call and then calls me again and when I question the last call she becomes rude telling me " lalela la" i then call your call center on ********** 00165 and request for her name of the previous consultant, the consultant that takes my call acts as if she is searching and says that the last call was on some date and not today.. such lies.. Even I were to reinstate the cover I had with you, I wont just because of the not fit and proper consultants you have. WHICH CONSULTANT SAYS TO A CLIENT " LALELA LA" SUCH RUDENESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE 1 LIFE NEVER CALLS MY NUMBER AGAIN
