Rude consultants

1Life consultants can be so rude. They just drop the call in your ear if u dont do what they want. They are forceful too though I said many times No I will not be taking up the cover now but the guy kept pushing. Then the last straw was him just hanging up without a goodbye. Why advertise that you do an obligation free quote if your consultants want to force and obligate us to them.
