rude and condescending

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding an unpleasant interaction I had with one of your agents, named Precious, on 11 November 2025 at approximately 18:04.

The call was about a quote for life cover. After she explained the details, I informed her that I understood everything but was not ready to sign up at this time due to other financial commitments. Instead of respecting my response, the agent became rude and condescending, saying that I could afford to pay R1000 for car insurance but not R300 “for the future of my kids.” She went on to imply that my car “could end my life at any moment” and that I should “recheck my priorities.”

I found these remarks highly inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. It is unacceptable for any representative to speak to clients in such a personal and disrespectful manner.

I request that this incident be investigated, that appropriate disciplinary action be taken, and that I receive confirmation once this matter has been addressed.
