rude 1 life consultant

Hi, the was a lady who called me regarding 1life insurance of some sort with 1 life. The nr. Was ***1. i did not get her name as the line was bad, she asked for my particulars e.g. when I was born etc. After that she just hung the phone call up, whist I was still talking to her. It was completely rude and she did not tell me if I do qualify for the cover with 1life.
