Follow up on 1life direct insurance they are really a useless insurance as far as communication and honoring their word - they promise that within 24 hours someone will call back it is now 72hours and me following up on them nobody came back to me how good of a service is that - i wonder if anything God forbid should happen to me now will my beneficiaries get what is due to them I don't know that is why I have decided to hear if the ombudsman will assist me - I am really worried and scared now.... what ******* service is this. by the way the other time they told me they don't have my contact details after providing them with it they gave me a complaint email address - I followed all their instructions nothing from their side.
