Rouges don't trust 1 life

Pathetic service from claims department. I am diagnosed with cancer. After several tests the specialist at Albert lutuli hospital told me that I now have a life span of 6 to 12 months i have 3 children and expecting the 4th 1 I am trying to set up my family but now 1 life says there is not enough evidence for them to pay out my claim. Is there anyone that can advise how do I address this matter. I actually want to publish it in the papers so people are aware of what type of company this is.
