The life cover i have with 1life deducted on friday (31 July 2020, after i told one of your consultants that im unemployed and i wanted to cancel she told me it wont deduct till im employed, i cant even reverse it with my own bank.

Please reverse the amount and cancel my life cover since im unable to get good service from you.
