Retrenchement weaver assist

I have been with forst for women for years now without any missing monthly premium. As of September 2019 i i was retrenched from work and notified the jnsurance of such and i was told that in my policy i have a weaver that can assist with payment for a period of six months but there is a certain department that will call me back in order to activate that, till this day i havent received any call of some sort however i keep on receiving smses and emails that says my policy will lapse if i dont make any payment... pls assist with such matter.
