Retrenched and now plundered

I was retrenched and stopped working at the end of May. At the end of June I phoned the call centre and asked them to discontinue my policy. I was shocked when I tried to withdraw money for food this morning and found that all the remaining money in my account (R700) had been taken to cover the premiums for the last two months. I am a single mother with no income at the moment who is in a desperate situation. I think this is very unfair.<br> <br> Susan
