Request not carried out

On the 14th of September, I requested that my policy be canceled but the debit order still went off on the 27th of September. 1Life confirmed that they received my request however it was not actioned. On the 28th of September, I was told that I would be refunded however I am still waiting and no one is responding to my follow-up emails
