REJECTED CLAIM

I had the worst experience with 1life my dad app**** your a life cover infact someone called him and he took the policy all risk cover paying almost R1000 with no fail for the past 5years 2021 he past away and til this day 1life is refusing to pay a cent starting that he didn't disclose that he was diabetic because if he did they were not going to give him the full cover ,only the accidental cover so that's why they won't pay this 1million payout ,with my understanding such a big reputable company should practice fairness and how is this fair?our house was repossessed as well as the car because we couldn't afford to pay ,my sibling was kicked out of school because we couldn't afford schools and yet we were beneficiaries and this money was going to help us alot and yet thier slogon is"1LIFE CHANGING LIVES",well they definitely changed our lives from better to worst ,we were willing to negotiate that atleast they must meet us half way and pay us something if not the full amount then,half or a quarter or all the premiums my father paid all these years .It's a pity because wherever he is ,he thinks that we are well taken care of with this policy little does he know that we didn't even receive a cent til today, even the R50 000 pay now funeral benefit which was going to help us with the funeral arrangements we didn't get because they said the claim is rejected so they can't pay us that R50 000 for the funeral the policy number is:***
