REINSTATE MY POLICY

I have a policy with 1 life for funeral cover. They deducted a premium on the 14th December when I was not paid. Due to no payment that policy is now lapsed. I am not happy that I have paid a funeral policy and now told it cannot be reinstated. God forbid, if anything had to happen to anyone in my family then who will be paying that funeral! Im discgusted with the service. I am not starying up a new policy and WANT MY POLICY REINSTATED
