Refuses to cancel my life insurance policy

I have tried to cancel my life insurance policy which I have had for 3 years with 1life. The consultants are rude and have refused to cancel it and I have been trying to cancel it for 2 months, sent numerous emails and made phone calls to them. They say I need to fill out documents but never send them. Eventually I had to put a stop order on the premiums to get their attention but still nothing resolved. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they have no ethics or customer service. Better off going with Discovery, Miway or Outsurance.
