Refused claim

I am a widow of Derrick Nkosingiphile Mncube, id number ********** 518088. My husband had a life cover with 1life and they refused to pay out after his death claiming he was not yet a member, but I got a letter confirming that he was a member and fully covered from 1life. My husband passed on late April 2016 and in june early I went to Johannesburg to claim. Hence, after the claim, they wanted alot of papers, i went up and down for weeks from KZN to Gp and I produced everything. However, after a month I called them because of their silence and they said that they couldn't help me because he was not yet a member. Even today they haven't said anything.
