Refuse to REFUND ME!!!!!!!!

I am so disgusted by 1life! i have been dealing with tracy, she has asked me to do so many things in order for me to get my refund yet i still do not have my money, from writing a cancellation request, to an affidavit all these things to get money that is Due to me. i will never recommend 1life to anyone the quality of service is pathetic to say the least. even getting hold of the customer service team is difficult!!!
